Rockflower Ridge

Rockflower Ridge is a pagoda ridge on the western side of the Newnes Plateau.

For pagoda country, this area is quite thickly forested. Beautiful pagodas protrude through the forest, amazing flowers just outside the Gardens of Stone.

The north-west end of the ridge is separated from the pagoda walls that top the Wolgan Valley cliffs by a slot know as the Pagoda Passage. A mini-canyon leads from Pagoda Passage to the cliffs, exiting between the upper & lower cliff lines.

The pagodas on RockFlower Ridge are home to all sorts of unusual plants and animals. It is magnificent in Spring.
