Nangar National Park is in the Nangar-Murga Range between Canowindra and Eugowra.

The park is bounded on the south by the Nangar State Forest and by farmland to the north east and west.

Mt Nangar is the highest peak in the park and can be reached by walking from Dripping Rock or by 4WD.  There are some great views from the top of the escarpment.

The remains of an old Market Garden and a Copper Mine can still be seen in the park.

Camping is available at Terarra Creek Camping Area.
