Ironpot Mountain Grinding Grooves

There are Aboriginal Grinding Grooves and Pots on rock surfaces on Ironpot Mountain.

Ironpot Mountain takes its name from the Pots which are thought to be have been used by Aborigines to hold water used in their axe grinding work.

How the pots were constructed is a mystery to me. Are they erosion residuals or were they hand made? Pots only seem to be found on tessellated rocks and in association with Grinding Grooves.
