Seriphos Cliffs

Maps: LPI Kanangra 89303S GR: 345 386 Track Notes: Comments The Seriphos Cliffs flank the southern & eastern edges of Mt Danae & drop into the Kanangra Gorge & the Seriphos Pit. A bench on the cliffs allows commanding views over the High Gangerang as well as the entire length of the Kanangra Gorge. It possible to climb the ridge up from Kanangra Deep to get to bench on the Seroiphos Cliffs. The quickest approach is from the King Pin Fire Trail although navigation through the thck heath is difficult. Interesting scenery, geology & vegetation make the effort worthwhile. |
