Comments:
Dione Dell is a small valley that lies between Dione Top, Marrilman Heath and the Kanangra Road.
A small creek rises in swampy ground near the Kanangra Road and quickly flows down to join Upper Christys Creek
just after it plunges over Dione Falls.
Most people who visit Dione Dell are canyoners heading down to abseil the waterfalls in Myles Chasm as far as Margaret Falls.
In the course of its short journey the creek passes through swamps, dense undergrowth and woodland and a steep, narrow valley, crossing many cascades and small waterfalls.
Dione Dell is beautiful, even if you don't abseil.
