Black Billy Head

Maps: LPI Jenolan 89303N GR: 453 601 Track Notes: Comments: Black Billy Head is a promontory on the western side of Narrow Neck Plateau and Fools Paradise. It was named after Billy Lynch, a Gundungurra Elder who lived in the Megalong Valley. Billy Lynch is believed to have used a pass on the northern side of Black Billy Head to go between the Megalong Valley and Katoomba.
