Splendour Rock is a Memorial to Bushwalkers killed in the Second World War.

Bushwalkers gather at Splendour Rock each year on Anzac Day to attend a Dawn Service to remember the sacrifices made by soldiers in time of war.

For many years John Cummings was the Convenor of the Dawn Service at Splendour Rock.  His Memorial is located near Splendour Rock.
