Flowering Period: December to February

Distribution: Common in open forest, woodland and heath in sandy soil.

Comments: Conesticks are erect shrubs growing about 2 metres tall. The flowers are a creamy yellow colour and arranged in dense spikes. The leaves are deeply divided.
