I have arranged my Dingo Gap Web Site into sections or galleries that contain related information.
Access to the galleries is via a menu system which is activated by moving the mouse pointer over the menu headings. Sub-Menus are used as needed to group similar information like:
- features from a particular national park
- plants from the same species
Dingo Gap has some other helpful facilities:
- a site specific search engine that can search the entire site
- Satellite Maps showing the location of specific features.
Text in Dingo Gap Gallery is generally in black.
Hyperlinks are used to provide links to specific Galleries with related information. Hyperlinks were originally shown in red but are being changed to blue as I update pages.
Clicking a hyperlink will take your browser to the appropriate Dingo Gap web page.
The Track Notes for a walk across Donkey Mountain contains a hyperlink to the Donkey Mountain web page. In turn the Donkey Mountain Web page has links to the Track Notes for 04/12/2007 as well as the Wolgan Valley and the Gardens of Stone National Park.
Dingo Gap works best with screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 880. It will work at other resolutions but photos in the Track Notes may be out of alignment. You could fix this by reducing the width of your browser window.
Dingo Gap Gallery has been tested with Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, Opera 9.26 and Safari 3.1. Some browsers are configured to block Pop-Ups by default. Blocking Pop-Ups will prevent stop the display of Satellite Maps in Dingo Gap Gallery. If you wish to view the Satellite Maps you may need to enable Pop-Ups in your Browser.
If you encounter broken hyperlinks or compatibility issues with your browser, please let me know.
I hope you find the information in Dingo Gap Gallery useful.
