Comments:

Cave Art at Dunns Swamp is a reminder of the culture of the Wiradjuri people who lived in the vicinity for more than 12,000 years..

The Art at this site consists of Hand Stencils thought to be more than 7,000 years old.

The Kandos Weir had not been built when the  Artwork was made so water would have had to be carried here.

The Stencils were made on the sheltered sandstone walls of a rock overhang & somehow have managed to survive the elements.

The stencils are extremely fragile.
